We're onboarding providers across all 26 counties. We'll let you know the day we're live near you — and nothing else.
When am I charged?
Never until the job's done. We hold the card when you book, then capture it when you tap the 6-digit code the provider gives you on completion. Cancel free up to 24 hours before — 50% inside that window.
How are providers vetted?
Identity verified via Stripe, manually reviewed for the first 100 providers, then required to maintain a 4.0+ rating. Reviews are open and unfiltered — if someone's bad, you'll see it.
What does the 12% fee cover?
Booking infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), customer support, and provider chasing if anything goes sideways. It comes off the provider's side — what you pay is what's quoted, plus a flat €0.25 + 1.5% card processing.
What if the job isn't done right?
Don't release payment. Raise a dispute from your bookings page and we'll mediate within 24 hours. Funds stay held until it's resolved.
Where in Ireland do you operate?
All 26 counties — though provider density varies. Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford have the deepest rosters at launch. Type your eircode in search to see who's available near you.
Mobile app?
iOS and Android in beta now, public launch with TestFlight + Play Internal builds opening this summer. Site works fine on mobile until then.
