For consumers

Browse providers by category, area, price and availability. Every provider publishes what they charge, so you know the price before you book.
Filter by distance from your location (or Eircode), price range, rating, and next availability. See live slots — no back-and-forth messaging.

Pick your date and time. Add notes for the provider. Check out in under 2 minutes.
Choose a service, select a slot from the provider's live calendar, and pay. Your card is charged upfront but the money goes into a secure escrow account — not to the provider yet.

The provider arrives, does the job. You confirm completion with a PIN code — then funds are released.
You get a 6-digit PIN for the booking. You give it to your provider when they've finished. That's your confirmation — funds release to their account, and not a moment before.

Share your feedback. Photos welcome. Your review helps other consumers and rewards good providers.
Reviews include photos, written feedback, and a star rating. Providers can respond once. Reviews are verified — only real bookings can leave them.

Trust & safety
Money never touches the provider until the job is done. Consumers are protected against no-shows; providers are protected against non-payment.
Providers can complete a Stripe Identity check and display an "ID Verified" badge on their profile. Look for the badge when you are choosing.
Only consumers who have completed a real booking can leave a review. No fake reviews, no review farms.
If something goes wrong, Boxed Off mediates. Escrow means we can hold funds while a dispute is resolved.
